Praise God for 2025 – January 31, 2026

Every January we prepare a review of the previous year, re-visiting our purpose, vision, values, and accomplishments to give praise to God for His work that includes your prayers and giving.

1. We started a cohort of prison ministers across the country to share best practices and we now have 20 people from nine states in the cohort.

2. We visited Prisoners for Christ in Washington and shared ideas about expanding their in-prison disciplemaking programs, which has now extended to Mongolia!

3. We attended the Prison Seminaries Foundation conference to encourage their participation in our new Empowerment Network, which can include the alumni from their seminary programs.

4. Visited prisons in Colorado, California, and Indiana, encouraging the prisoners who are serving as leaders in the church on the inside, reminding them that they are part of a larger movement of God in prisons across America.

5. We filmed 10 short training videos to help churches get oriented to welcoming disciplemakers into their churches after incarceration.

6. We helped Church Lyfe in Allen to develop an assimilation plan that can be a model for churches to help the formerly incarcerated.

7. We had five of our books published on the Pando app as free resources for prisoners and published Spanish and Bengali translations of our book Think Again, including study guides.

8. We shared the opportunities for the Great Commission on the Ministry Growth Podcast.

9. We led a networking session at Missio Nexus on how the local churches can better engage their congregations in world missions.

10. We hosted a webinar panel on Strengthening the Indigenous Church in prison.
